Comment: I ordered a couple of different holsters for my blackberry, and this red one is my favorite. Great quality, love the red leather, it swivels so I can wear it horizontal or vertical, and it securely holds the PDA in place.

Comment: Good little product, does what its supposed to do. It protects the phone when I drop it, and helps it skid across the table when I have it on vibrate. Easy to open and close. I couldn't image a better design.

Summary: Carry it the right way
Comment: The two things I love about this holster is the strong clip that allows me to clip the phone to my little purse and its very secure. Secondly, I am relieved with putting my blackberry in the leather holster and it automatically does a shutdown to save on power and not be worried about the phone making bogus calls. Before getting the holster I always had to press the little button on top of the phone to put the phone in "sleep mode" before putting in my purse; now I just slip it in the casing that has soft and hard protection covering inside and its secure. I also use the holster to hold my phone, credit card and tissue when I don't want to carry my purse (such as a quick dash in the grocery store). As I surfed the internet comparing prices I found this site to have the best price overall. I was pleased also with the timely delivery. I'm thinking about ordering some other colors too. I would recommend this product to anyone with a blackberry == its great!

Comment: The Blackberry 8300 Leather Swivel Holster is well made and very functional. The construction and clasp ensure a good cushion in case of dropping on a hard surface. Having it in 'Apple Red' is a very nice fashion plus.

Comment: While purchasing a new Blackberry Curve, we wanted to buy a protective case for it at the same time, only to be told they were out of stock at the cellular phone store. A quick search on Amazon made us glad that was the case, as Amazon's price was fifty percent less than the cellular provider wanted for the same case.
PROS:
* Sturdy, well made case looks great, too.
* Offers good protection for your cellphone investment without obscuring the charging/docking USB port, headphone jack or +/- buttons. You can recharge/dock the phone without unholstering it.
* Belt clip is solid and not prone to ejecting your phone.
* Magnetic closure means easy one-handed holstering of your phone -- no snaps, annoying (loud in meetings, etc.) Velcro, etc.
CONS:
* Belt clip does not swivel, at least not as freely as other swivel cases I've owned (for cellphones, handheld GPU units, PDAs, etc.)
* Magnetic closure can be a challenge to open one-handed to unholster the phone quickly, such as to answer a call.
* Silver-colored "Blackberry" inlay advertises your phone as a Blackberry; not "stealth" or unobtrusive like other cases.
If you're looking for a cost-effective, sturdy and reasonably attractive case for your 'berry, this case should definitely be on your possibilities list.
