Comment: I bought this product for my new customer service job from home and it works great! It sounds very clear incoming and outgoing and really filters out background noise. Also I love the different choices you have for how you want to wear your headset. It's a major spacesaver since it doesn't need to be plugged into an outlet, just a telephone line. Very affordable and highly recommended!

Comment: I have waited to fully test out this item to do my review. I purchased this over a month ago and I am very pleased with it's performance. The sound is clear incoming and outgoing. I've not had one single customer say that they could not hear me. Minor background noise is not heard by the caller. I love having the choice of using the headband or on the ear style, they are both very comfortable. I also like having the choice of a foam cover or the coushioned ear-piece. This headset has performed perfectly and I would highly recommend it!!!!!!

Comment: I was using a headset that plugged into my cordless phone. People kept asking me "What?" when I was talking to them so I wanted to find a product like the headsets I used at work. This is the second desk-top headset I tried and it works perfectly. The first thing said to me was "I can hear you so much better now."
Edit:
I have purchased a second phone for my Girlfriend and we play games online together to keep in touch. She was using a head-set that plugged into her cordless phone. I had to crank up the volume adjuster on my GN phone just to hear her (and turn off AC, close windows, etc). Now she has one of these phones, I can turn the volume all the way down, or up 1/4th if I have the AC on. It is MUCH better than the head-sets you can buy for cordless/cell phones.

Comment: I purchased this phone for my customer service job at home. It is so convenient. It gives you the option for an over-the-head or over-the-ear headset, either left or right ear. The headset is noise filtering which make for very clear calls. The earpiece has a leather ear cushion with the optional foam cushion which is also included. The calls are very clear and have little or no static whatsoever. On the side of the phone unit, you have a volume and tone control to make your calls even clearer. This phone also has a headset rest, which keeps the headset up off the desk, therefore, cutting down on the clutter. I couldn't be happier with this phone. I would definitely recommend this phone for heavy usage as well as customer service work.

Comment: I picked up this headset telephone because I am spending more and more time on the phone.
Almost immediately after plugging it in, everyone I called asked me to speak up, repeat what I said, and that they could not hear me very well.
When I attempted to setup a new voicemail system, I found out why. The headphone is amplified, but the microphone is not. No matter how loud I spoke (or shouted) the audio is severely suppressed and barely audible.
Simply stated, this product is not usable.
