Summary: Great on feet
Comment: I bought this primarily for my feet and works great. Also good for upper back where the Homedics 400 model with heat and quad rollers don't reach. THAT kinda irritated me, as it advertised as being FULL BACK....and their intrep. of full back is only half way up....and was too much of a hassle and lost money on restocking fees to return...a monster built-into the machine, I think....I believe in truth in advertising. So with that noted, if you buy any of the full back massagers, you will indeed need to buy this and find a way to do your upper mid-back and shoulders and this thing is powerful....on my feet, one does have to learn where and at what angle to place your feet without it being uncomfortable but most foot massagers just fibrate..that's it. This 100 model really gets in deep and works on hands as well, for my peripheral neuropathy. Buy it, you will be impressed!

Summary: Beware of possible cord fray
Comment: I like my massage pillow so much that I keep it next to my chair and use it frequently. Once a week, however-in preparation for my house cleaner-I wrap the cord around the pillow and put it away. The other day, after owning the pillow for seven months, I flipped the switch and heard a loud pop, which coincided with a break in the electrical circuit. Upon examination, I discovered that the cord (right where it protrudes from the pillow) was frayed and had caused the short circuit. I'm very lucky that I didn't accidentally touch the frayed cord when i turned the unit on! I wonder if the weekly wrapping was the cause of the problem (although I used to do the same with a HoMedics shiatsu massager and never had a problem.) HoMedics is replacing the unit-although I had to cover the return shipping cost-and claimed that this was the first frayed cord they had heard of. I will still use my new pillow, but you can be sure that I will examine the cord thoroughly on a regular basis!

Summary: Great value for Muscle Ache Relief!
Comment: I paid about $25 for this massager and I get enormous relief from muscle tension in my low- and mid-back. It's so powerful that I use, either, the lower of the 2 settings or I put a thin pillow between the rollers and my back on the higher setting. The only potential for trouble that I sense might be the amount of heat generated from the motor inside the unit. Not that it is so hot, just that it does get fairly warm. I hope it will not be a problem. And, actually, the heat feels good on the muscles!

I had purchased the exact same model for $40 about 6 months ago from a different vendor from Amazon.com and it just stopped working after about 3 months. I am hoping that this was just an unusual case of 1 defective item.

Summary: Great Massage
Comment: This is a great buy. I use it multiple times per week and it's a great after work stress releiver. It's esecially fabulous for the upper back/neck area where I carry all my tension. I've also used it on my feet, calves and lower back. It does take some getting used to at first because the massager was a little stronger than I expected but it is exactly what I need to get rid of those pesky knots in between my shoulder blades

Summary: Good for the money
Comment: This item gives a good hard massage for the money. I hope sometime to get one that moves up and down the back on it's own. It's a little inconvenient moving it to all the places I want it to hit.
