Summary: I'll tell you how this works--if it ever ARRIVES
Comment: Ordered this product and paid the appropriate shipping in order for it to be delivered in time for Christmas. Delivery was scheduled for two days ago, and it still has not arrived. In fact, when I checked tracking, it showed that the product originated in Kentucky and is currently in California. I'm in ILLINOIS. I see no way possible for this to travel 2,000 miles overnight and make it in time for Christmas. I am very disappointed. I would have selected a different product/different distributor had I known. I am expecting to be compensated for my shipping charges.

Comment: Good product for the money. Easy to pair with Blackberry and other phone.
Easier than instructions led me to believe. Range is not far from phone at all which is okay if one is using it in one's car and phone is right there. Takes along time to initialize voice commands. Over 15 seconds but, maybe my Bluetooth needs a battery charge? I would recommend this bluetooth. Comfortable to wear. Wish it came with a pouch or holder. Clear sound both ways. Did you know that these things come with unreplacable batteries? 400 charges and then, since battery is unreplacable, we get to buy a whole new bluetooth!

Comment: I received my Motorola H710 today. I was able to pair it, charge it and use it without using the instructions, it is that easy to use. From what I can see, the sound is superb. It connects immediately when you open the boom. I had a Motorola H500 previously and had nothing but problems. I highly recommend this model. From the reviews I have read it offers superior wind noise reduction also. Can't wait for summer to open my sunroof and give it a try!!

Comment: Works great with my IPhone 3G. Sounds good, and I haven't had any complaints from folks on the other end. The battery check feature is great. Like others I wished they kept the old ac adapter so that I can use my old one from my H700.
