Summary: Slider Hinge Weak
Comment: Do not buy this phone. The slider hinge breaks easily and ATT will not replace or fix the phone.
I sent the phone in and they charged me $300.00 for a new one through their exchange by mail program.
A total rip-off.

Summary: Like it, but don't LOVE it.
Comment: Is this a brand new phone or a refurb? Is it supposed to slide really really easily??? I like that it has all the features i want in phone. I've had for a month or so, and its already malfunctioning. When its in the normal position, none of the buttons work, unless i slide it. then it works. I like the dual slider. i text a lot, so the keyboard is a big help, even though it took some getting used to.

Summary: C810 Duo
Comment: Great Phone!!
PROS:
Very cool. Crowd Pleaser. Nice Photo quality. Memory card option is awesome. I love having music without the pod. Sync is easy. Downloaded google maps and use regularly. Very nice to have. Internet is amazing! Reasonable reception.
CONS:
Freezes from time to time. (won't recieve calls or turn off but reg OS still works) But I take the battery out and it works great again.
Dust has gotten under the exterior portion of the screen. Dusty screen drives me nuts! Wish i could use my own songs as alarm tones. Wish I could delete the pointless games that come preinstalled. Email hard to set-up for the unsavy.
OverAll:
Worth the money. Nice phone. Cool design. Would buy again!

Summary: Pantech Duo
Comment: This phone is one of the best phones I have ever used.
The features on this phone make life a lot easier because it's like a PDA but smaller and a phone. Now, I am not a business person on the go, but I'm a full time student and working 30 hours a week, so things can get pretty crazy for me. This phone has helped with scheduling my classes, work , and time set aside for homework.
If I had to name one problem, it would be that when I first received this phone, I got a faulty one. When I went to the settings menu, I found codes instead recognizable language. So, I returned it and AT&T gave me a new one with no hassle at all.
Some people have given this phone bad reviews and that's their opinion. I think they don't like this phone because they are too used to their old phone and too stubborn to break their shell and try something new. My point is this, if you're looking for a new phone and you want your day to flow with easy, give this phone a try.

Summary: Good design, poor call quality/reception
Comment: I purchased this phone to replace my aging Treo 650. I loved the size and the idea of having 2 keypads, as I'm a text-aholic and can't text or email using T9. After I ordered the phone and started using it, it became quite obvious that the phone was not going to be a good replacement. The qwerty keyboard is nice, but for big fingers, not so good. The keys are flat, and do not really give a lot of feedback.
Concerning call quality and reception, I am on call and have to have my phone as this is my primary phone. I need a phone that is going to receive a signal at least 90% of the time; since I know that cellular service is spotty at best even here in DC, I don't really expect more. I can't recall the Duo getting a quality signal inside my office or condo without me having to stand next to the window. This didn't work very well because my bedroom is located on the interior of the building and I needed the phone to be at my side while sleeping.
After 2 weeks, I returned the phone and went back to my Treo until I find a suitable replacement.
