Summary: Good Product...but
Comment: The only problem I have with the headset is that the ear pieces do not really fit my ear. The big one is too big, the smaller one is too samll the one in the middle is also to small. This causes the headset to move around and I have to adjust when I get a call. The sound quality is good both ways, I can hear callers and callers can hear me. Other than by ear size it is a good product.

Summary: Best Bluetooth unit that I have owned
Comment: I have had the Plantronics 925 for a couple of months and it is by far the best Bluetooth Headset that I have owned. It allows me to car on a conversation in semi noisy environments and I can hear the entire conversation without having to ask the other person to repeat themselves. It fits comfortably in my ear and because of that and its light weight I can wear it for hours without any issues. Battery life has been excellent. The only tricky part is using the volune control on the unit since it is so small.

Comment: This is my third bluetooth earpiece and by far the best. Battery life is good and clarity is great. I am using it with a Bold and the majority of my calls are crystal clear and the other party does not realize I am on a cell phone and/or using a bluetooth earpiece. It is extremely light and most of the time I forget I am even wearing it. I would recommend this product.

Comment: I love the bluetooth, but I have 1 major problem. The ear piece covers that the supply do not fit into my ear. Once I think I have the earpiece secured it falls out. I'm in the process of trying to purchase a new earpiece cover. Besides the earpiece problem which can sometimes be frustrating it's a great device.

Comment: To all Customers looking at this product. Look no further. This earpiece without a doubt is the best I have used. I have had four other ear pieces that did not live up to this Plantronic 925. First - The sound volume is very high and clear. Second - range of bluetooth is great, so don't have to have your phone in your shirt pocket and bend your head down to get a connection. Third- Additional Battery in charging case charges your battery on the go. Final - Works right out of the box, never lost connection, voice dialing works great, no bulky wrap around ear piece.
