Summary: Works for awhile but...
Comment: about a month and a half later it suddenly with no apparent reason (i.e. I did not damage it, the phone was within range from the bluetooth, and I made sure it was pointing to the corner of my mouth while speaking) people I'm talking to start complaining that I sounded distant and they couldn't hear me. This is very disappointing since I like everything else about it. Why can't they make reliable quality products anymore?

Comment: I absolutely love my Plantronics Discovery 925 Earpiece!! Usually most earpieces are very uncomfortable in my ears, but this is comfortable and it's so easy to pop in and use. My husband and I both bought one and it's the clearest sound we've had in bluetooth earpieces. I would highly recommend it. I also like charging it in the case and that it doesn't look like a monster earpiece.

Comment: I finally have found the bluetooth that is priced right, I can hear others, and more importantly, people can hear me will diving 70 to 80 miles per hour on the hwy. Try it!

Summary: Faulty mic but great customer service
Comment: I've had my earpiece for about three months and the mic has suddenly cut out. I can hear the people who call me (or whom I call), but they can't hear me.
That was disappointing, but I've just got off the phone with Plantronics and, after talking me through their troubleshooting steps, they're sending me a replacement piece. Should have it in 3 - 5 days.
So, nil point for the quality of this earpiece I purchased through Amazon (because the mic should not fail within three months), but 5-stars for Plantronics customer service (hence my giving it a 3-star rating).
Actually, I think I'll raise that to a 4-star, because I really do like the piece, love the case (which keeps the unit clean and protected), and I get all sorts of compliments on it. Rating would have been 5-star if not for this faulty microphone.
(Of course, perhaps I should wait to see about the quality of the replacement piece...)

Comment: I like how this earpiece does not interfer with my sunglasses. The carrying case is a great feature. I don't have to worry about the earpiece getting damaged while in my handbag.
