Summary: Very disappointing
Comment: I bought this phone because I wanted the Querty keyboard for sending e-mail. It is a poor compromise between a Blackberry and a good cell phone. The reception is very poor. While I get service most places I go, it is very hard to hear what people are saying. The clarity of sound is MUCH better on the other phones my husband and kids use. The other challenge is finding the numbers to dial the phone. If you, like me, are of reading-glasses age, you will have to dial the phone by memory of the number locations rather than by sight because the number keys, embedded sideways in the keyboard, are so tiny. Finally, I find that while I can read my e-mail fairly well on the phone (I use Yahoo via the Verizon Mobile Web), sending e-mail is much more challenging. As soon as my service contract runs out I will be replacing this phone with a Blackberry so that I can truly have e-mail on the go and decent cell phone service at the same time.

Summary: Worked well until it died!
Comment: This phone worked really well for the first 5 months till it suddenly got super hot and died (short in the phone not the battery). When the phone died I lost all my phone numbers and other info (a LOT of numbers). Until then I loved it. They gave me a used one they had laying around. Not really very happy now. I just got the replacement so don't know if it has problems. The old one never dropped calls unless it was a weak cell area.

Summary: This phone drops calls.
Comment: Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this phone. I've never experienced as many dropped calls as I have with this phone. It's not the carrier, as my girlfriend has the same carrier and lives in the same apartment and her phone never drops calls. We know other people who have this phone and they experience the same problems.

It doesn't really matter if the phone is high tech or has great features if it consistently drops calls. I am very unsatisfied with this phone.

Summary: I'd like to put some misconceptions to rest.
Comment: I just got this phone today. I looked on here for reviews of this and a few other phones before making my final decision. The cons I read weren't bad enough for me not to get it. Funny thing is when I started playing around with it I noticed a lot of the cons were not true:

1. You can display more than just a picture on the front screen...go to the clock format in tools and you can change it to digital (which then the picture will be in the background) or you can turn the clock off completely and have the total photo.
2. I don't know what the other reviews meant by not being able to use the standard headset jack even with the adapter, but I could use the headset I had for my LG 8300 with the adapter provided.
3. The ringer is just as loud as all my other phones, if not louder.
With all that said...I love it so far. Time will tell

Comment: Is simply amazing!
Never before have I bought a phone that was over a hundred dollars...
but this one is well worth it.
The service and reception are amazing the camera makes everything seem so much more real...

And texting is so much quicker and easier now.

If you don't have one you need to get one.
