Summary: Design flaws easily broken
Comment: I've had this item for less then 1 month and the ear hoop/hook what ever has broken on me. To charge the unit you have to remove this hook so the ear piece fits in it's charger box. Yeah well 3rd time every charging it and the hook snaped right where it would hook onto the earpiece. Seriously this thing is flawed and should just be avoided period. Not to mention the autio qaulity is skiddish even with the phone litterly being right in front of me.
I wish I never wasted my money on this

Summary: Great sound but incovinient charging mechanism
Comment: The headset has good sound quality. It was easy to pair and use. The only problem was that the headset can only be charged using the supplied case. This means if you are travelling you have to carry both the case and charger all the time, if you loose the case, headset cannot be charged anymore. I think this is big limitation.

Comment: This is my first blue tooth headset and it works wonderfully. I even bought one more for my friend for Christmas. Easy to sync, size is small and most importantly its easy to hear and be heard.
