Comment: I love it , it has a night light that you can turn on and off as needed so you dont have to bother anyone driving, while trying to hook up your phone, map reading, or it can be used for several other reasons.
I have had no problems connecting or disconnecting the phone from the charger. It works as described by sony.

Summary: broke after 16 seconds
Comment: The first time I tried to use this charger, one of the prongs broke off immediately. I was shocked because I had read that it is fragile and to be careful, and so I was being very gentle. Still, it broke. I am very disappointed.

Comment: I'm an avid SE product user. I was totally disappointed when my charger stopped working after 2 weeks. The green light works but the phone will not charge, nor will the map light work.
I could have gotten the same results with an aftermarket product!
Unfortunately, I threw the packaging away assuming I had a quality product.

Comment: I received in time promised, but was disappointed in the looks of the product. It works great but the logo on the charger was not straight, it almost looks as if it is a factory second, but the price was right and it works good!

Comment: I was skeptical about ordering this product, some reviews said the product was cheap and parts broke off. Well I've had it for 3 weeks and none of the things that the reviews indicated have happened. I suspect operator error/abuse, the product itself is not cheap. I've dealt with I am forever loyal to Sony Ericsson. I've used accessories from them for 4 years now and I have never been let down.
But anyway on to the product review.
I now only charge my phone when I'm driving. When your car is running it's making all this extra energy so why not take advantage of this rather than using home electricity. My commute is about 25 minutes so it gets a good charge. The charger itself has a small lamp built into it and the light is quite bright. Someday that light will come in handy, but it goes to show that Sony Ericsson is innovative. My favorite thing about the charger is the green Sony Ericsson logo that lights up (instead of the usual red light) when you plug it in! NEAT!
Overall I'm happy with this product, it cost more to ship, but it's well worth it and I'm going to order a second one.
