Summary: It will load with XP SP2
Comment: Some before said that you must have SP3, I'm sorry but you are wrong about you have to have SP3 for installation, I will not download SP3 because it still has bugs in it especially if you own a media center pc which I do, I have SP2 and this software loaded just fine.

Summary: Have to use small fonts!
Comment: Installed the program and first run got a pop-up telling me that my machine was using large fonts and that items wouldn't display properly unless I changed to small fonts and rebooted my machine. I have a vision problem and have to use large fonts. Unfortunately, I had to send the program back.

Summary: Print Shop Deluxe 23 DOESN'T INSTALL IN VISTA
Comment: Don't say it's going to install in VISTA COMPUTERS. My computer is from DELL and is XPS 730 running VISTA and it won't install!!!!!
I have a Roll Back action to: Error 1402. Could not open key UNKNOWN\MSComctLib.LisCtrl.2\CLID. I installed it clicking on "Administrative" entry and it still won't work.
My Print Shop 23 which ordered from AMAZON ---
DOES NOT INSTALL IN MY VISTA COMPUTER.

Summary: A Program That Will Make You Look Good
Comment: I have gone through several versions of The Print Shop in the eight years that I have been using it and wasn't sure I needed to upgrade again. I'm so glad that I did. The new graphics files and more and better templates are a big improvement. Best of all, this version has much improved file export options so that I can easily send or use my output in various ways. I don't believe there is a better design program available at this modest price.

Comment: I am so sad to give Print Shop Deluxe 23 a rating of only "3". I have used this program since it was a "6" and no matter what other print programs I've purchased this has always been the best. But, when I open the graphics there are many to choose from, but there are many more not accessible. Under those graphics it says "available online". First off I've paid for the program, full suggested retail price. Well, apparently that's a sin. I should have downloaded it. No one will talk to me. Broderbund will not acknowledge Deluxe 23 and said I should go to Encore. I waited 34 minutes on their customer service only to be told the same thing. I tried to log onto Riverdeep, but another company kept coming up. I cannot get the extra graphics "available online" for the life of me. I've spent literally hours trying to make this work. I'm not super computer smart, but I've been around the block a little. So I can only give my favorite program a "3" and hope that you have an easier time than I.
