Summary: Could have been great.
Comment: Great idea for the application. Poor performance of the four retaining screws threaded into the rear of the unit.The screws pulled out of the plastic upon rotation of the unit upon installation.This movement would be expected when adjusting the holder, especially upon first install. The screws actually did not fail it was the plastic threaded portion.The amount of force required to bend the support neck at a the perpendicular is enough to unseat the screws.I did not get my $7.95 out of this product. Be careful.

Comment: Highly don't recommend this product. Cheaply made (get what you pay for). The teeth of the grasper are cheaply made and seems to strip very easily. But the worst is the suction cup....after just 3 times trying to adjust/install it on my windshield the whole lever mechanism broke apart. Completely useless. Had to jury rig another comtraption to hold my ATT tilt instead. DON'T BUY THIS.

Comment: I couldn't believe the low price of this product. There are several reasons that I needed my Tilt visable when driving - including its built-in GPS feature. This product made it possible. Tools like the Tilt are great for business - products like this make them more useful.

Comment: This thing will not stick to the window unless it is at least 80 degrees out. And if it cools off...forget it. Comes off the first time you touch it.

Comment: It is a nice item that holds my phone very tightly but the mount doesn't hold the dash well when driveing over the many pot hole in New York City. my phone stays put in the grip but the mount does not stick very well even with the enclosed smooth plastic plate for better grip. The whole mount winds up on the floor phone and all. but like I said the phone does not fall out of the grip. I hope they improve on this in the future.
