Comment: I had high hopes for More Milk Plus since it contained a blend of herbs. I thought it would work better than fenugreek alone or a nursing tea. This was not the case. I think More Milk Plus is overpriced. I got better results from either fenugreek alone (2-3 caps 3 times a day) or Yogi Nursing Mother's tea (3 cups a day). And they are cheaper. I will not repurchase More Milk Plus. After talking to other nursing mom's in a local breastfeeding group we have come to the conclusion that More Milk Plus works better for skinny moms that weigh less than 150lbs. For those of us who weigh more, and thus take the higher does, we did not see the results.

Comment: This definitely increased my milk supply. I think the drops work better, but if you can't stand the nasty taste of fenugreek, these capsules are the way to go.

Comment: I had tried the Fenugreek prior to this product, and found I had much more results with this. After taking this, I noticed that I could pump about 4oz more than I was. I would recommend to any mother having problems with milk production. A definite alternative to other pricey options I found.

Summary: Helped Increase after I got the flu
Comment: I caught the flu while I was breastfeeding. It knocked me out for almost 3 whole days, and my milk supply decreased to almost 1/3 of the normal amount. When I was done being sick, I tried everything to increase my milk supply fast to keep up with my 3 month old's feeding schedule (increasing the times I pump during the day, eating fattier foods, etc.); however, nothing was working. These pills were recommended to me from a lactation consultant, as well as try drinking Mother's Milk Tea. I started taking the pills immediately and drank the tea twice a day. My milk supply did not instaneously come back to normal, but it gradually increased each day, and I was above normal within 7 days. So I only had to take one bottle of 60 pills (which last 10-15 days based on weight). I would highly recommend trying this. The results will vary based on each person, but if you have tried everything else, this will help!

Comment: This product is fantastic! I have doubled my milk supply and am able to now freeze some for use when I return to work. I recommend this product to every breast feeding mother trying to increase supply!
