Comment: I have tried different fiber mix and this one is below what i expected. You would be better with Metamulic than Nature Secret. It only soften up your stool. Once i stopped using it, it take a few day before my system goes back to normal. I think different people have different result with this fiber mix. I have better result with metamucil with lesser problem.
