Comment: I bought the sprouting jar with lid and the seeds. Both the jar and the seeds came with instructions on how to grow sprouts. One set of the instructions was vague, but the other set work well. The seeds sprout well and require little attention other than rinsing and draining a couple times a day. The instructions say that when the sprouts are ready you can fill the jar with water and the seed hulls will float out the lid - the openings in the lid are too small for this but I just put them in a bowl of water and they float to the top. Otherwise great product and it works well.
