Summary: Everything I expected
Comment: I've had these phones for a couple months now and they are great. Clear, easy to use and no interference with a wireless computer network or wireless security system. One unit is in a detached garage and the signal strength is just as strong as that of the base unit. I will agree with some other reviews the Caller ID voice announcement leaves a lot to be desired. However, I didn't buy these phones for that feature so it is a minor issue to me. Overall this is a fantastic set of wireless phones and I highly recommend them.

Summary: Drops calls
Comment: This phone drops calls. I read the reviews of the Bluetooth version that said it dropped calls, so I bought the non-bluetooth version, and it drops calls as well. Going back to my KX-TG5432.

Summary: Don't buy this model phone
Comment: I've owned this phone for over 6 months and have had to return it twice for factory depot repair.
The batteries are worthless. If you don't leave it on the charger continuously, the batteries are dead by the end of the day with no use.
If you use Optimum Voice mail service, these phones won't flash the light on the top to indicate that you have a message waiting. My Panasonic 2.4 Ghz phone has no issues doing it correctly, but this DECT6.0 phone can't get it right. Occasionally it decides to work and flash, but rarely.
I'd very disapointed in the quality of Panasonic recently. I used to consider them to be the best of the field, but this model reflects poorly on them.

Summary: Unpredictable handsets
Comment: For whatever reason, our sattelite handsets like to turn off at random moments particularly when we try to use speakerphone. At first, I thought it was just one handset/charger combo but now it's obvious that it is all of them. Perhaps a poor electrical connection is dropping the handset/base link but we had no such trouble with our old Panasonic multi handset phone. We have moved the charger bases around and tried everything we could think of but it still keeps happening. The phones also have very poor range and quality compared to our old system. My mother got a Uniden Dect 6.0 set which is also loaded with problems including a terrible echo when I call her. Maybe the Dect 6.0 tech is still buggy. We will contact Panasonic and see what the problem is but even if it gets fixed I rate the system poor because I am tired of buying things new only to have to go through warranty claims to get them to work. I think that when you pay this much it should work from day 1 and at least last through the warranty period. Come on, aren't you tired of paying ever higher prices for ever lower quality products? I bought this set based on Amazon reviewers but for us at least this was not a good buy.
