Summary: Good phone, good system... $3 for a Wall Mount??
Comment: We've had this system installed for a couple of days now. It replaced an older (malfunctioning) 2.4GHz system with two handsets.

The sound quality of the phones, so far, is fine. I was surprised at the extremely light weight of the hand-sets, and have to say it's slightly off-putting if you're used to a solid "heft" with your phones. I'm sure it's high quality, but if feels cheap.

My only complaint is that the Wall Mount isn't included and as far as I can tell, is not available on Amazon. Come on, Panasonic... it's a $3 (retail) piece of plastic. I don't feel like paying for the phone system, and shipping on it, and then having to shell out a few more bucks to mount the thing. I'll probably end up tossing a little DIY shelf up, but don't think I'm being unreasonable with expecting the mounting bracket to be in the box.

Summary: very nice phone package at a great price
Comment: The only feature lacking on this phone is a message counter. There is a light to indicate message waiting but no counter to say how many. The range of the phone is superb and all the features make this a great phone. Nice to be able to shut off the ring on the phone in the bedroom between midnight and 6am!

Summary: We are pleased with the Panasonic Phone System
Comment: This system replaced an old phone system that was quite old. It has done everything we wanted and done it well. We have no complaints. We have Voice Mail through our telephone service and that works well with the message waiting signal. We don't use the Answering System. The audio caller ID has some trouble with pronunciation but we can live with that.

Comment: Pros:This phone has a lot of nice features: if you store phone numbers in one handset, it saves in all the handsets. intercom is great. battery charge warning is nice. answering machine is easy to use and good.
Con: only problem is sometimes while talking in a handset (not far away from base, pretty close to base), it disconnects and says "can't find base", maybe it is due to battery charge problem?

if you are buying through amazon.com, like me, beware of price change. When i purchased it, it was $115. 2 days later it was $99 (in amazon.com itself). When I called customer service for the refund of the difference, they refused! They said they had stopped price matching! what price matching - it is their own price change, not some other website price! I had to return it and buy a new one for the lesser price. When I sent it in using the prepaid shipping label, they deducted $7.50 for postage, while the original shipping calculation was only $2.36 when I bought it. I am pretty upset about this, even though it is a matter of $6. I have been a regular customer of amazon.com and I don't like the way they treat the customers.
