Comment: Very cool earpiece. Fits in my ear nicely, dont have to worry about the earloop. Sound appears to be clear (I have had no complaints from people on the other end). Could have better battery power, so the charging case is necessary.

Comment: It's light weight and I like the charging case that comes with it. The buds fit most ear sizes. Has a comfortable fit. Seems to hold a charge fairly long. I can get it loud enough to hear in noisy areas. All this at a great price.

Drawbacks: The mic picks up a lot of sound so if you are in a loud place it's very noisy for the person on the other end. Example, I was next to my furnace and they thought I was at an airport.
You can easily hang up on someone if you are adjusting the ear piece. You have to remind yourself, hold the sides, don't push the center.

I don't regret the purchase. I even bought another one for my spouse.

Comment: I was very disappointed in this product. Because it is manufactured by a reputable company and fairly expensive, I was expecting a lot more from this headset! I love the look, and the ease of use, but as with other users, mine also stopped working after only about a month! It was taken excellent care of and was never damaged, but all of a sudden the people I was talking to said they couldn't hear me. I did all of the troubleshooting recommendations, but never got it working again. Beware of the reliability, and make sure you can return this product if it stops working if you buy this headset!

Comment: I really love the looks of this. The quality is great and the sound is great. The only problem I have is that with it going in your ear it is like your ear is clogged up and it makes me kind of dizzy and sick to my stomach. I am hoping I can get used to it because I truly like it!

Would highly recommend the Plantronics Discovery 925 Bluetooth Earpiece (Gold). The unit feels great in your ear once you use the right ear piece tip and will not fall out of your ear. It has great sound quality for both party (the one you are talking to and yourself). It also is great a when you are in a noisy background the party you are talking to can still hear you without any problems. Also it is very nice since the storage case is also a battery that can recharge the earpiece when you are not near an electrical plug. This is the best one that I have ever owned.
