Comment: The fabric holds it in place great without a strap, but it does wear quickly. The cushion flattens out and mine is now 1/2 of what it used to be after about a month or so.

Comment: ..the only drawback is that there is no strap to hold the pillow in place and that the thickness of the pillow is rather large. i have to recline my bucket seat far back so that my chest isn't close to the steering wheel. other than that, i'd recommend for short term results.

Comment: Not the strongest or best cushion on the market. Mine has started to lose shape from sliding behind couch cushions. Otherwise it works as you would expect and half as expensive as the others. Overall I'm happy with the purchase
