Comment: While it does pull the shoulders back, it pinches under the armpit making it extremely uncomfortable to put your arms down at your side. Also, the velcro used to hold the thing in place are only at the very end of the strap which comes from the back to the front. It would be much better if this was velcro down the whole strap.

Comment: DO NOT BUY ANY OF THOSE EXPENSIVE BACK BRACES OUT THERE! Instead buy this one! It's surprisingly comfortable (if worn with a shirt underneath)and pulls back your shoulders for those of us that have poor posture. Came in a very timely manner. THANK YOU!
