Comment: Excellent product. It is pure with no additives. Better price and quality than I have been able to purchase at local stores. Taking pure ground psyllium twice a day for almost ten years has helped me tremendously for better colon function. Before taking psyllium, I could not eat pizza, red meat, etc. I would recommend anyone to try it. It will take almost two weeks for one to really see a difference in their health care. Be patient, it works.
