Comment: I get these for my daughter. She says they work well to relieve the discomfort. They don't completely eliminate it, but make it so you don't really notice it. She is quite happy with it.

Summary: This really works for me
Comment: I have been very positively surprised at how well Migrelief has helped me. I had been getting a migraine every three days or so. I started the Migrelief about a month ago and since then I have had only two mild migraines. What surprised me was that my relief began almost immediately, not the sixty-day recommended trial period.

I wish more doctors were aware of this product, as it is inexpensive, it really works, and has been free of any side effects for me.

Comment: My husband and I have been using this stuff for years and it works GREAT! He is prone to migraines after heavy exercise, and if he takes one before, it prevents one from coming. I take one when I start to feel one coming on, and it still helps the migraine from coming on. Highly, highly recommended!

Summary: Migraines gone!
Comment: My son started suffering from migraines over a year ago. After much research I decided to try this product.
He had unbearable migraines about twice a month.
After starting this supplement his migraines were virtually gone! He had a few threatening to start (aura, numbness) but they never amounted to anything. He would get an occasional bad headache but certainly not a migraine.
Well over the past few months he started slacking off, and only taking his migrelief sporadically , wouldn't ya know the migraines have returned full force, complete with vomiting.
we have started again and this time sticking with it.

Comment: This seemed to help some for a while. Now I'm not sure. But I'm not willing to
stop and find out.
I only consume half the recommended dose anymore, and have not seen a change.
As with any migraine-related item, reviews I read prior to trying it indicated
some people have good results and others no results or minor results. I probably
fit the "minor results" category. I should point out that the 3 ingredients in this
were all shown to bring bring relief in double-blind studies. But the magnesium was
most effective when given intravenously. When taken orally it took weeks of daily
consumption to produce a positive result. Not all people experienced benefits (IV
or orally). This info about the study is from a book I read on migraines by Dr. Mauskaup.
I can't recall the title, but I also bought that book on amazon and reviewed it here.
