Comment: Blackberry's 8310 OEM vinyl case is the best I've had on any cellphone. The magnet shuts off the screen and it protects the phone really well, especially from inadvertent calls.

Comment: Our dog chewed up the original pouch that came with my wife's BB Curve (fortunately the phone was not in the pouch at the time) and I found this as a replacement. This is exactly the same as the original pouch, and my wife is quite happy with it - we both prefer the pouch style cases to skin types or ones with belt clips.

Comment: This case is perfect for carrying my blackberry in my pocket when I am at work. It definitely protects the screen from getting scratched. I don't know how many times I have sat on it or dropped it and the phone is perfectly protected. I would recommend this to anyone if you want your phone in your pocket or purse.

Comment: I've had to replace my BB case twice so far because my puppies chewed it (while it was off the blackberry, thankfully). This is a standard case and a good replacement.

Comment: This case is fairly nice and it fits in your pocket pretty well...it is superior to the clip style holster which I also ordered. The fit can be a little snug at times which prevents you from easily sliding it out (I usually have to use two hands). The headset jack and charger port are blocked...it would be nice if these were available without having to remove the phone.

The BlackBerry Pocket is a form-fitted case designed to protect your BlackBerry Curve 8300 smartphone and its camera lens from bumps and scratches. It provides easy access to your smartphone thanks to a built-in thumb groove: just give your BlackBerry Curve a gentle tug and it slides out smoothly. Plus, it features a battery-saving proximity sensor that shuts off the screen backlight as soon as you slide your smartphone into place. The sensor also allows you to switch automatically to different notification settings (for ringing, vibration or both) based on whether your smartphone is in or out of its case.
