Summary: No longer manufactured, parts are nonreplacable/warranty not valid
Comment: This chocolate fountain worked ok and I was happy with it for the price but if you lose a part or a part gets damaged then you are out of luck. Rival no longer makes chocolate fountains of any kind and they do not have any replacement parts for them. So as long as you don't ever end up with a damaged part, the motor doesn't blow, or you don't lose any parts then you're ok. I asked the customer rep at Rival how they were going to honor their one year warranty if they don't make them anymore and apparently the warranty isn't valid anymore because of this. I'm going to purchase a better one in the store where I can return it if something happens.

Just want you to be aware of this. Won't be purchasing Rival products again. Poor customer service.

Comment: Had 10 teen girls over for a birthday. They all headed straight for the fountain and when they were dipping fruit and eating, it was the quietest moments of the evening. Wonderful product. Like a Zen fountain!

Comment: Easy to assemble and easy to clean. I used 5 lbs of liquid chocolate for a continous fountain flow...a hit at the party. I was expecting a low quality item for the price I paid for but guess what, this item is much better than the one I previously owned which cost 4x more and did'nt last long.

Comment: I bought this product for my daughter's 13th birthday party, and it was a huge hit! My daughter's friends loved it and they had so much fun! Before I purchased it, I read most of the reviews, and I'm glad I did. Some ended up with disasterous results and some recommended Signature's Chocolate Fondue mix instead of making it from scratch. I didn't want to risk my daughter's party, so I followed their recommendations and bought the fondue mix. It cost more but it was worth the extra money; it was the easiest thing in the world (you just melt it in the microwave and pour it in the fountain), and it was absolutely mess-free. I chose milk chocolate and it tasted delicious. I strongly recommend this product to anybody who is looking for something fun for special occasions.

Summary: Best product for the price!
Comment: I bought this for my mother's birthday. I was a little nervous at first, I had no experience with fondue fountains. I didn't want to go too expense, and from the other reviews I read, this one seemed to work pretty well.

It didn't work pretty well, it worked great! We bought an array of different chocolate and tried it all. It always works perfectly and the chocolate flows nicely. Added a lot of fun to our family get togethers. East to clean, nice looking, a must!
