Comment: My sleep problem is that I fall asleep with no problem, but any wake-up event is almost always followed by hours of NO sleep. I've tried the usual; meditation, sleep-aids such as melatonin and the latest Sleep MD, and Dr. prescribed Valium to return to sleep mode.

Sleep MD has had absolutely NO effect for my problem.

Valium works but is followed by drowsiness and drugged effect after morning wake-up, and does not eliminate additional wake-ups.

I would appreciate any advice for my sleep problem.

I am 3 weeks shy of my 71st birthday.

Comment: I have been using this for about a month. It does not work for me, but this does not say it does not work for others. It does relax me prior to going to sleep, but it does not keep me a sleep as advertised.

Again, for me it does not do a good job, but it may work with others.

Summary: A Good Night's Sleep...with consequences!
Comment: After suffering from anxiety attacks and subsequent insomnia, my doctor prescribed Ativan. It left me feeling depressed in the morning - often lasting until lunch. I was searching for a natural alternative and stumbled upon Sleep MD. I took only one pill and slept great BUT...I had depressed feelings WORSE than the Ativan. My head felt like it wsa in a cloud until mid-afternoon. I've since read that the Melatonin in the pills can cause depression.

Summary: Usually Works For Me
Comment: I bought a box of Sleepmd when I saw it on an end cap at a large discount store. I sometimes have trouble falling and staying asleep. For me, Sleepmd worked just like Ambien without the groggy next morning feeling. One thing, while I do fall asleep pretty fast, I don't seem to sleep much longer than I normally would (five hours) but I do get rest so that is a good trade-off. So, I recommend this product. Might not work for everybody, but it works for me.

Comment: As my job is flight attendant..so I have my sleeping cycle such irregular than people who in office..some time I need medicine to help me having good rest before my next flight,and this pill works,inhabit and medically safe.I use it rarely but every time I satified..thanks
