Comment: Nearly 2 years ago we moved to an earth-sheltered home (love it) with a huge 8' x 12' walk-in pantry. I was thrilled. Since we were now way out in the country far from any market, I could stock up on staples and save. Then came the plague of pantry moths from the stored grains, cereals, etc. They worsened to the point we thought we would have to give up and store only canned goods in the pantry, until we tried these traps. We have had very good success with them. It took a few weeks to completely eliminate the initial infestation; we even had to buy new traps and change them out because the first ones got so full - yuk - but eventually the moths were completely gone. Now we keep a couple of traps in the pantry at all times, replacing them periodically, to catch any moths that hatch out from new dry goods brought in, but we have never had more than a few at a time since starting using these traps. I think it helps that our pantry is a small room, so the traps/pheromones are contained behind a closed door. In any case they worked great in our case and we're very happy to have found a food-safe, effective, and inexpensive solution to the pantry pest problem.

Summary: don't waste your money
Comment: these traps don't work. I had bought two different types of traps. This one was horrible. True, not even one moth. I have had it for months and nothing. They are the dark brown traps. Don't work, don't waste your money.

The one I recommend is theBiocare pesticide free, I think this one "BioCare Non-Toxic Clothes Moth Trap - 2 Complete Traps" . It started attracting moths right away and they are all on top of each other stuck there, every inch covered. The trap is like straw yellow color. Works like a charm.

Comment: These were a waste of money. I've used Contech before and within days they were filled with moths. I've had numerous strips of this brand up for 3 weeks now and caught all of 2 moths.

Comment: I bought this product thinking it would solve my problem with these moths and it has not caught one moth yet!!!! it is a joke and yet I am still looking for a product to ride my home of these annoying bugs!!!
