Summary: Love the Footwheel!
Comment: Great for foot cramps! I think it would benefit from having rubber wheels though, or at least some kind of covering that helps make it not roll away from you while you're using it. I use mine on a mat though, but I've heard some people say that using it on a wood floor isn't the greatest. But all that aside, it really works out the kinks, and it's a cinch to use, and you can regulate how hard or soft you want the pressure. It's a simple device, but better than the tennis ball I was using by far.
