Comment: Tiptree products are not always readily available in the States, which is a shame, since many of their preserves are quite good indeed.

Price aside, this is one of my favorite Marmalades, requiring not too much added to your toast for full pleasure. The additional whiskey marries well with the orange marmalade: this is a traditional oft used combo - the Scots made outstanding marmalade for centuries and they never passed up a chance to add a wee dram of the good stuff to the meal - even breakfast or afternoon supper - and this version of orange marmalade with whiskey is nicely done indeed.

There is also a similar Apricot with Armagnac which makes an interesting comparison, though sadly it's currently not listed for the non.

However, take heart oh jams and jellies lovers! Tiptree offers a full array of fine preserves, etc. One I might point out in particular is Seedless Raspberry Preserves; for people who have to stay away from seeds this stuff is manna from heaven.
