Comment: Solid construction. Nearly indestructible silicone head. Perfect shaping. Great balance. Need I say more? This is the best spatula I have ever used, and I use it almost as much as my favorite knife (a Henckel Santoku knife). It is wonderful for everything from stirring to stir frying, and whatever else you could use it for!

Summary: Great spatula for mixing bowls
Comment: I first heard about this from Cooks Illustrated and I am very pleased with this spatula. It is really good for scraping down the sides of a mixing bowl, especially while using a stand mixer. The handle is long and slender, and the head is flat on one side and tapered on the other side. It's strong enough to use with a stiff mixture of ingredients. I will be ordering another one in a different color. This has become my favorite spatula when I use my mixing bowl because it is very easy to use and comfortable especially if you have small hands. Thanks Cooks Illustrated for recommending this great product by Tovolo. Great price too!
