Summary: Durable with a beautiful sound!
Comment: I've owned this product for two years now and it's in the same shape that I bought it in. It hangs in the front of the house and has withstood two Minnesota winters - wind, snow. It's never once gotten tangled up in itself. We leave our windows open in the front of the house in the summer time and the sounds from this are just beautiful to listen too. This is the best wind chime I have ever owned!

Summary: Great sound!
Comment: I bought these chimes over two years ago, and they've held up beautifully next to my front door in our harsh New England weather. They have enchanted all our neighborhood with their soothing sound; even in high wind they give out a pleasant melody--well tuned in G major, I think. I highly recommend this company and this particular chime. I'm about to purchase another, smaller one to hang on a tree in the backyard.

Summary: Not like any other chime.
Comment: With copper being the traditional gift after seven years of wedded bliss, I purchased this product. This item is quality crafted and is like no other chime I've heard. It doesn't make an arbitrary clang of chimes but it produces a pleasant tune. My wife is very happy with it and I am, too.

Summary: String breaks within months
Comment: No question that the chimes sound wonderful. I was pleased by both of the ones we got when we purchased our new home. But beware - the strings are NOT adequate and break easily - we lost one to a string snapping. The workmanship is poor and the strings became unattached from the staples in another. Note that while the tuning is guaranteed, the shoddy materials and workmanship are not. Very expensive given the products broke within a few months.

Comment: I bought this chime as a birthday present for my mom, and she absolutely loves it! It does sound very beautiful, but the best part about buying a wind chime as a gift is that the recipient will think of you every time the wind blows! This has been especially comforting to my mom since I have moved away... a great gift for anyone you wish you could see more!
