Summary: The next best thing to walking barefoot
Comment: I bought my first pair of Fei Yue shoes after taking up kung fu, a couple of years ago, and I've been wearing them ever since -- all day, every day, indoors and outdoors (except when it's pouring rain). I'm going through a pair every 1 1/2 year, and only throw them out when they get a little too smudgy. They're basic, light and extremely durable -- not to mention cheap. If you're looking for flexible shoes that don't impede your natural movement and really "connect" your feet to the ground, you can't go wrong with these.

Summary: wushu shoes
Comment: Shoes were ok for the price good for kung-fu class ordered the shoe size that he wears everyday but these shoes run small should have gotten a bigger size

Summary: Hot Style
Comment: The Tiger Claw Feiyue Wushu Shoes are totally hot style. The soft rubber sole is great for sneaking up on unsuspecting people, and also for scaling walls.
As these shoes are Chinese made (for Chinese) they do run a little small. I normally rock a 13 shoe, which can vary in European sizes from 46 (Birkenstock) to 47. The 47 in the Wushu shoes is a bit snug, but you probably don't want your feet all sloppy when you are sneaking up on people anyway, do you?
Hot Style, and a great price!

Summary: Kung Fu Wushu Shoes
Comment: These shoes are working well for me. I practice Degerberg Blend. There are two areas where the shoes bother me (but just a bit).
The shoelace eyeholes can grate against my foot on the interior of the shoes, especially on roundhouse kicks. Be sure to cover the eyeholes with the canvas provided inside the shoes. Its very easy for these to become folded & not provide coverage.
Also the lack of laces or means of securing the shoe to the heel, as its just canvas around the heel. I often feel like they're going to fly off, although they never have.
These are minor comments to optimize the shoes, and not really necessary since they cost $15. They've worked well in numerous sessions, and I plan to continue wearing them.

Summary: Wonderful Tai Chi shoe
Comment: I use these shoes only for practicing Tai Chi, and they're wonderful for that purpose. I used the conversion chart provided when ordering the shoes, and upon arrival they fit perfectly. The soles provide good traction and are flat enough that I can confidently practice foot movements without the distraction of a large, heavy sole. I wouldn't use these shoes for walking over rough terrain or jogging. There are many better shoes made for that. However, for the practicioner, give these a try. For the price, they can't br beat, and they were delivered well before the promised date.
